<p>''Gayretle ve titizlikle yürütülen bir süreçte, tamamen salgının önlenmesine yönelik hafta sonu sokağa çıkma yasağı kararının uygulanmasının sorumluluğu her yönüyle şahsıma aittir. Başlangıçta kısıtlı saatlerde de olsa ortaya çıkan görüntüler, mükemmel yönetilen bu süreçle uyuşmadı. Yaşadığım onca tecrübe, sorumluluk kısmı üzerimizde olan bu olayda, böyle görüntülere yol açmamalıydı. İyi niyetle, hafta sonunda salgını ve bulaşı bir nebze durdurabilmek adına atılan bir adımdı.
