Sudan'da ordu yönetime el koydu
<p>Sudan Savunma Bakanı Avad bin Avf, ordunun ülke yönetimine el koyduğunu ve 2 yıllık geçiş döneminin başladığını duyurdu. </p>
<p>Avf, devlet televizyonundan yaptığı açıklamada, Sudan Yüksek Askeri Konseyinin yönetime el koyduğunu veCumhurbaşkanı Ömer el-Beşir'in tutuklandığını duyurdu.</p>
<p>Anayasanın askıya alındığını, Başbakanlık, Meclis ve eyalet yönetimlerinin de feshedildiğini belirten Avf, 2 yıllık bir geçiş döneminin başladığını kaydetti.</p>
<p>Avf, ülkede 3 aylık olağanüstü hal (OHAL) ilan edildiğini söyleyerek ülke genelinde 1 ay boyunca saat 19.00'dan sonra sokağa çıkma yasağı getirildiğini ifade etti.</p>
<p>Avf ayrıca geçiş dönemi sonunda seçimlerin yapılması ve yönetimin barışçıl bir yolla devredilmesi için uygun ortamı oluşturacakları sözünü verdi. </p>

<p>Sudan'da Cumhurbaşkanlığı Sarayını kuşatan ordu, devlet televizyonu, radyosu ve ülkenin resmi haber ajansı SUNA'ya da girdi.</p>
<p>Askerlerin müdahalesiyle devlet televizyonu ve radyosunda sabahın erken saatlerinden itibaren ulusal marşlar ve şarkılar yayınlanmaya başlandı.</p>
<p>Öte yandan, Muhalif Sudan Meslek Odalarının (SPA) çağrısına uyan binlerce Sudanlı, başkentteki ulusal ordu karargahına doğru ilerledi.</p>

<p>Silah seslerinin bir çatışmadan mı yoksa ordunun iktidara el koyduğu yönündeki haberlerin sevinç ifadesinden mi kaynaklandığı bilinmediği kaydedildi.</p>
